1Informational Matchmaking Venue & 0% Commission Policy (Rule EC-07)
NexusTrade operates strictly as an informational and matchmaking procurement venue ("wadah pengadaan, RFx & direktori B2B"). NexusTrade is never a party to commercial contracts, letters of credit (L/C), or delivery agreements settled between corporate entities.
All commercial deal transaction settlements, bank wire transfers, and logistics arrangements occur 100% directly between the buyer and supplier corporate bank accounts. NexusTrade charges 0% deal commission on contract values and holds zero custodial escrow funds.
2Connects Economic Model (Rules EC-01 through EC-06)
- Rule EC-01 (Activation Gate): Standard 30 Connects onboarding pack or 15 Free Welcome Connects grant for newly registered entities.
- Rule EC-02 (Tender Publishing): Standard procurement publishing is 100% Free (0 Connects) for verified buyers.
- Rule EC-03 (Featured Listing): Optional surcharge of +15 Connects for priority feed pinning and targeted supplier alerts.
- Rule EC-04 (Tiered RFQ Dossier Unlock): Suppliers unlock technical spec sheets and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) at 8 Connects (<$10K USD), 16 Connects ($10K-$100K USD), or 30 Connects (>$100K USD).
- Rule EC-05 (Pure Connects Proposals — Non-Auction): Sealed formal proposals are submitted for a flat fee (6 Connects or 0 Connects if VIP WhatsApp was unlocked). Live bidding wars, pay-to-win proposal outbidding, and predatory auctions are strictly prohibited.
- Rule EC-06 (Automated Zero-Response & Scam Refund): If a published tender receives 0 proposals by deadline, or if an unresponsive/fraudulent listing is verified, 100% of Connects are automatically refunded to the affected party.
3Corporate KYB Verification & True Entity Accountability
All registered organizations must provide legitimate corporate registration documentation, official tax identification numbers (NPWP, EIN, VAT, ACRA UEN), and verified person-in-charge (PIC) business credentials.
NexusTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found submitting fraudulent documentation, misrepresenting manufacturing capabilities, or attempting kickback solicitation.
4Data Protection & Server-Side Zero-Leak Masking
NexusTrade strictly adheres to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Indonesian UU PDP No. 27/2022. All locked corporate fields (legal names, tax IDs, PIC phone numbers, engineering attachments) are stripped out at the API serialization layer until an authenticated counterparty completes an authorized unlock transaction.
