Unlike conventional platforms that merely blur or visually conceal sensitive corporate details using client-side CSS, NexusTrade implements True Server-Side Zero-Leak Masking.
When a tender is published, sensitive corporate information—including the buyer's legal entity name, corporate tax identification numbers (NPWP/EIN), exact physical warehouse address, direct PIC phone numbers, and engineering download URLs—is completely stripped from the JSON response at the API serialization layer.
Unmasking only occurs through atomic, cryptographically verified database unlock transactions authorized by authenticated enterprise vendors.
2. Scope of Corporate Data Collected
We collect and process the minimum corporate information strictly required for B2B procurement verification:
- Corporate Entity Identifiers: Legal registered entity name, country of incorporation, business tax ID (NPWP, EIN, VAT), and D-U-N-S number.
- Authorized Officer Credentials: Business email address, professional designation, and direct WhatsApp / telephone contact.
- Technical Specifications: Bill of quantities, technical spec sheets, and delivery schedules.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Sovereign Data Rights
NexusTrade complies strictly with the Personal Data Protection Law of Indonesia (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Corporate entities and authorized representatives have the right to inspect, update, or request the deletion of their corporate data at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade corporate sourcing data to third-party advertising brokers or external marketing syndicates under any circumstance.
